1. The Unraveling of Orders

At Buydigo, we understand that sometimes the threads of fate shift. If you wish to cancel an order, follow these steps:

Cancellation Window:
You may request a cancellation by phone as long as the order has not been processed for shipping. Due to our swift order processing, email notifications are not recommended for cancellations.
Reinstatement Spells:
Once an order is canceled, it cannot be reinstated. Instead, place a new order, subject to availability and current pricing.

2. Addressing the Cosmic Shift

Shipping Address Change: If an order has passed verification and the shipping address differs from the billing address, cancel the existing order (if not processed) and place a new one with the desired destination.
International Portals: We currently ship only in pakistan. Other realms await their turn.
